Had such a lovely romantic getaway! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and right across from a big mall-super convenient! I was also impressed by the cozy Slumberland mattress; it made for a comfortable night's sleep. Plus, the customer service was great; the staff was friendly and really made us feel welcome!

That said, breakfast could use a little work. The food wasn’t as fresh as I’d hoped, and the dining area was pretty crowded, which was a bit of a bummer. we had a slight wait during check-in, which was less than ideal. though, it was a nice stay with a few minor hiccups!

great stay but minor breakfast issues

The room we had was spacious, perfect for our family of three. The bathroom was also sizable, awesome for comfort . One highlight was the breakfast. The nasi dagang with gulai ikan tongkol was a must-try. We were impressed by the view of the city from our room.

Perfect brand-new hotel in good and absolutely perfect location at the centre of kuantan. Polite stuff in a rushed manner, neat and huge rooms with 1 bed. Centrally located venue, really close to the nearest mall there and the famous shopping complex and shopping centres.

Beds were too soft.
